 1. Buy 1 packet Flat Rice from an Asian Shop
|  2. Grind the "Flat Rice" in a food processor.
|  3. Agave Nectar (use any sweetener of your choice like honey for non-vegans or maple syrup).
|  4. 1/2 cup Pumpkin Seeds
|
 5. Grind the pumpkin seeds in food processor
|  6. Mix ground Flat Rice, dessicated coconut, coconut water, pumpkin seeds and cranberries then form into balls. Add water if dry. Form into a rectangle and wrap in banana leaf.
|  7. Fold right side twards the center
|  8. Fold left side towards the center.
|
 9. Fold the upper and lower parts of the leaf towards the center. Serve closed like this or open as on number 10. Enjoy!!!

Mango Sauce Recipe: 1 Mango peeled and flesh removed 2 tablespoon agave nectar/honey 1 juice of lemon
