JUICE FROM 2 LEMONS

 1. CHOP THE TOMATOES
|  2. CHOP 10 FRESH MINT LEAVES OR PUT 1 TEASPOON DRIED MINT.
|  3. PROCESS THE SOAKED BUCKWHEAT IN A FOOD PROCESSOR UNTIL IT STICKS TOGETHER.

 4. PUT THE INGREDIENTS TOGETHER , ADD SEA SALT AND GROUND PEPPER. ADD LEMON JUICE AND PROCESS IN A FOOD PROCESSOR (OR USE ANYTHING AVAILABLE TO MAKE ALL INGREDIENTS FINE ). PUT EVERYTHING TOGETHER AND MIX.
|  5. THIS IS HOW THE MIXTURE WILL LOOK LIKE INSIDE THE FOOD PROCESSOR.
|  6. FORM A RECTANGULAR MOUND AND WRAP WITH THE COLLARD GREEN (OR USE ANYTHING AVAILABLE IN THE COUNTRY YOU LIVE IN LIKE NAPA CABBAGE OR CABBAGE LEAVES).

| YOU CAN SERVE THIS WITH A CABBAGE SALAD.
CABBAGE SALAD RECIPE:
SALAD: 1/2 RED CABBAGE (THINLY SLICED, SALTED, WASHED AND DRAINED AFTER 2 HOURS)
DRESSING: COMBINE: DASH CARAWAY SEEDS SALT & PEPPER TO TASTE 1/4 CUP OLIVE OIL
PROCEDURE: POUR DRESSING OVER CABBAGE AND SERVE.
